Our Story
DevSavant was born in 2021 from the vision of entrepreneur Daniel Peña and his partners Javier Rojas and Erik Filipek, built as a tech powerhouse created by investors for investors and founders.

Javier helps founder-entrepreneurs effectively drive growth and build market-leading companies. He has spent his career coaching founders of bootstrapped businesses on how to achieve high-value outcomes and grow from $10M to $100M, with a vision that goes beyond traditional capital and coaching.
Javier holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a BS/BA in Finance and Computer Science from Georgetown University.

Eric focuses on creating value for founder-led B2B SaaS software companies that leverage AI and automate business processes along the customer lifecycle.
He earned his undergraduate business degree at Wharton as well as a National Champion Crew title. Early in his career, Eric joined a mid-market M&A advisory firm, which strongly influenced his move to private equity.
