We connect SaaS and AI-first companies with Latin American professionals who integrate into their teams, work overlapping hours, and report directly to in-house managers. First candidates arrive within 7–10 business days.
After +500 placements, we’ve learned that what a candidate knows today is only part of the picture. That’s why we select for how people think, learn, and work with AI. You lead their day-to-day work. We support recruiting and coordinate contracts, payments, and onboarding. Then we stay close to make sure the fit lasts.
Why Nearshore
Why LatAm Talent Works for SaaS Teams
01
Build a stronger team while making the most of your budget. Clients save 50% on average compared to U.S. labor costs, without lowering the bar on experience, quality, or performance.
02
Every professional is assessed for communication, ownership, autonomy, and fit with U.S. startup culture. That foundation makes collaboration smoother and helps new team members integrate quickly.
03
Real-Time Collaboration
Nearshore talent in Latin America works hours that overlap with U.S. teams. That makes same-day collaboration, code reviews, and decisions possible, so work keeps moving.
04
Ramp up AI/ML, engineering, data, QA, product, or operations roles with professionals selected to thrive in fast-paced, high-trust environments. Add capacity as your roadmap evolves, with first candidates in 7–10 business days.

Every shortlisted candidate completes a role-specific skills validation and a structured behavioral evaluation based on our WOW Profiles framework.

Simplified Administration
Recruiting support, contract documentation, payment coordination, and applicable compliance controls are all part of the service.

Three-Week Guarantee
If you aren’t satisfied with an engineer’s performance during their first three weeks, you don’t pay for those weeks.

We check in regularly with your managers and collaborators, share compensation and market insights, and step in early when something needs attention.
WOW Profiles is DevSavant’s proprietary framework for identifying professionals with the skills, mindset, and behaviors that fast-growing teams need.
Skills matter. Mindset is what sets our talent apart.
At the core of every WOW profile are four traits:
1
Drive
Consistent internal motivation to raise the bar without external pressure. Owns outcomes and follows through without reminders.
2
Growth Mindset
The belief, described by psychologist Carol Dweck, that abilities develop through effort and learning. Treats challenges as opportunities and feedback as fuel.
3
Integrity
Consistently does what they say they will do. Communicates early when they can’t deliver on time, and is honest about mistakes instead of hiding them.
4
Ownership
Operates as an owner of the work, not just an executor of tasks. Proactively raises issues, proposes solutions, and takes responsibility for outcomes beyond their assigned scope.
In AI, where tools and workflows evolve quickly, these are the people who stay valuable to your team. We also evaluate five behaviors that show how candidates work day to day:
1
Adaptability
Stays effective as conditions change, shifts priorities with ease, and remains resilient under pressure.
2
Continuous
Learning
Shows curiosity, actively seeks feedback, and keeps developing new skills.
3
Initiative & Autonomy
Anticipates problems and moves forward through ambiguity without needing constant direction.
4
Communication
Communicates clearly with peers and stakeholders and keeps everyone aligned on priorities and progress.
5
People
Development
Shares knowledge, supports peers, and helps others succeed.
Our evaluation doesn’t stop at the hire. Ninety days after each placement, we ask the hiring manager to rate the professional’s performance, drive, growth mindset, integrity, and ownership, based on what they’ve seen on the job.

Staff Augmentation FAQs
We place professionals across AI/ML, engineering, data and analytics, QA, DevOps, design, product management, and project management, as well as select operations and finance roles.
At kickoff, we learn about your product, tech stack, culture, and team structure, and we ask what success should look like 90 days after the hire. That lets us present professionals whose experience and work style fit your goals.
Role-specific skills, English level, and our WOW Profiles framework: four core traits (drive, growth mindset, integrity, and ownership) and five day-to-day behaviors (adaptability, continuous learning, initiative and autonomy, communication, and people development).
We ask candidates for recent, concrete examples of how they use AI: the problem they solved, how they verified the output, and what result it produced. For technical roles, we go deeper into workflows, guardrails, evaluations, and independent judgment. We look for responsible, applied use of AI, not just familiarity with tools.
English requirements vary by role. Many positions target a B2–C1 level (upper intermediate to advanced), while leadership and highly client-facing roles typically require C1.
Yes. You interview every shortlisted candidate directly and make the final decision.
We hold regular check-ins, gather feedback, and help with any integration or performance challenges. Ninety days after the placement, we ask the hiring manager for a structured assessment.
We step in right away to assess the situation, support corrective action, and work with you on the right next step. If this happens during the first three weeks, our performance guarantee also applies.
The guarantee covers the professional’s first three weeks, counted from their first day. If you aren’t satisfied with their performance, let us know within that period through any channel that leaves a written record. You’ll receive a credit for those weeks on your invoice, or on a future invoice if you’ve already paid. The guarantee applies once per engagement, and the three-week period doesn’t restart if we replace the engineer.
We coordinate contract documentation, payment coordination, applicable compliance controls, onboarding and offboarding, and equipment logistics where included in the engagement. Billing follows the service agreement.
Yes. You can add or reduce roles as your needs change, and the terms for doing so are defined in each service agreement.
